RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at info@studiopoe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to return.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Items returned without first submitting a return request may not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in their original condition, with labels attached and without signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and fit of the item.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item and determine its fit.
Please package the returned item carefully to prevent damage during transportation. Retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Original shipping costs will be refunded up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase. If the customer selected a more expensive delivery method, Studio POÉ is not required to refund the additional cost.
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, Studio POÉ will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
We will issue the refund using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods were sent back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@studiopoe.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We will assess the matter and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s individual measurements, personalised items or other goods made according to the customer’s specific instructions.
Choosing a standard size, colour or other standard option offered in our online store does not by itself make an item personalised.
For hygiene or health-protection reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return may not be returned after the seal has been removed following delivery.
These exceptions do not limit your statutory rights if an item is defective or does not conform to the order.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, email us at info@studiopoe.com and we will arrange the exchange.
