Delivery methods

StudioPoe products are shipped using the following delivery partners:

  • Omniva parcel lockers

  • SmartPOST Itella parcel lockers

  • DPD parcel lockers

  • Venipak parcel lockers

  • SmartPOST courier (door-to-door delivery)

The delivery method is selected during checkout.

Delivery times

  • Within Estonia: 1–5 business days from receipt of payment

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected service provider.

Pre-orders

If a product is offered as a pre-order, the delivery time is stated on the product page.
The pre-order delivery time replaces the standard delivery time.

Out-of-stock products (made to order)

If a product is made to order after purchase, the delivery time may be up to 14 days.
This information is always clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on:

  • the selected delivery method

  • parcel locker or courier service

  • destination country (for international orders)

Exact shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout before payment.

Shipment tracking

After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number (if provided by the delivery service).

If a shipment is delayed or lost:
