Terms and Conditions – StudioPoe (studiopoe.com)

The owner of the online store studiopoe.com (hereinafter the “Online Store”) is Perfect Outfit OÜ (registry code 17266469).


1. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the StudioPoe Online Store.

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR).

Delivery fees are added to the product price unless free shipping applies as part of a campaign.

Product prices and descriptions are displayed next to each product.

Prices in the Online Store may change, but the price valid at the time of placing the order will apply.


2. Placing an order

To place an order:

  • Add the desired products to the shopping cart

  • Fill in the required customer information

  • Select a payment method and delivery method

  • Confirm the order

Payments are processed in a secure environment using the following methods:

  • Estonian bank links

  • Card payments (Visa / Mastercard)

  • Montonio and Maksekeskus AS

Important:
When paying via bank link, be sure to click the button “Back to merchant” on the bank page so that the payment is correctly registered.

The Online Store owner is the controller of personal data and transfers the necessary data for payment processing to authorized processors (Maksekeskus AS / Montonio Finance UAB).

The sales contract enters into force once the payment has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

If an ordered product cannot be delivered (e.g. out of stock), the customer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.


3. Delivery

StudioPoe products are delivered using the following service providers:

  • Omniva parcel lockers

  • SmartPOST Itella parcel lockers

  • DPD parcel lockers

  • Venipak parcel lockers

  • SmartPOST courier (door-to-door delivery)

Delivery times

  • Within Estonia: 1–5 business days after payment is received

  • International shipping: 14–21 days (if international delivery is selected)

Pre-orders

If a product is offered as a pre-order, the delivery time stated on the product page applies and replaces the standard delivery time.

Out-of-stock products (made to order)

If a product is temporarily out of stock and produced after ordering, the delivery time may be up to 14 days.
This information is always stated on the product page.


4. Right of withdrawal (14-day return policy)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods.

Return conditions

  • The product must be unused, with original tags attached, and free of defects

  • If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics, StudioPoe has the right to reduce the refund amount

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities

To return a product

Send an email to: info@studiopoe.com
Include:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Bank account number

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the wrong or defective product was sent.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.


5. Right to submit a claim

StudioPoe is responsible for defects that existed at the time the product was delivered.

Consumers have the right to submit a claim within 2 years of delivery.
During the first 6 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery.

Claims must be submitted within 2 months of discovering the defect.

If the product is defective, we will repair or replace it.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

All claims are answered within 15 days.


6. Direct marketing and personal data processing

StudioPoe uses customer personal data only for order processing and delivery.

Marketing communications (newsletters, SMS, etc.) are sent only with the customer’s consent.

Customers can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

StudioPoe is not liable for delays in delivery or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
